Roasting
The Robusta and Arabica coffees that make up the mixture are roasted separately at medium temperature, then mixed after cooking.

Aroma
Fortissimo is a dense and creamy blend that gives its best when dispensed in a small cup to enhance the strong flavour and the persistent cream. The balanced use of the Robusta and Arabica varieties contributes to enhancing the body and the intense sweet and slightly toasted aroma.
