General Conditions of Use
Data, information and applications in E-Horeca are available for use only under the following conditions:
E-Horeca is an online portal to help consumers when shopping to compares products of the same category and facilitated search through individual products.
The data on the portal is not official, unless it is specifically highlighted. The data, information and applications that are available through the E-Horeca portal, are subject to change without prior notice. Users use the portal at their own risk.
E-Horeca is not liable for damages, direct or indirect, which will result from the availability, use or inability to use the data, information or portal applications. For the accuracy of the data that E-Horeca receives from other entities, E-Horeca does not guarantee anything and is exempt from any liability to them.
E-Horeca collects information in certain places (name, surname, address, telephone, e-mail.). Users provide this information to E-Horeca voluntarily. E-Horeca guarantees that it will not misuse the data and will not submit it to third parties.
E-Horeca users are anonymous or registered. Anonymous can use the services for free (eg viewing product data, stock, prices…) Registered users benefit from access to some applications of the E-Horeca portal which are not accessible to unregistered users. (eg information about promotions, discounts, price changes…) Registered users have a username and password for access, associated with the person who has been notified of the service.
Users must abide by the following rules:
- Since the E-Horeca system database as well as the data itself are protected in accordance with the Law on Copyright and the rights related to this law,
- that the E-Horeca brand is protected in accordance with the Industrial Property Law
Shipping rules
These rules apply to the delivery of electronically ordered products, which will be sent through the logistics partner to the address which is listed during the order under the following terms:
– Delivery is paid depending on the order. Delivery is free for all orders over 40 €. For orders under 40 €, delivery costs 4 €.
– Delivery of products is done until the entrance of the residential building.
– Shipping costs are included in the order in the final price of the product.
– Purchases through our website can be made from any location and deliveries are made throughout the territory of the Republic of Kosovo.
– Deliveries are made every day, except public holidays and non-working days.
– Delivery of products is done at the address listed for delivery by the buyer.
– The product to be ordered can be paid electronically by card.
Any changes related to the shipment will be publicly announced through the amendment of these Shipping Rules.
Returns and refunds
If the product you receive is in irregular or damaged, your money will be refunded in full. Refund is made by attaching in advance the photo of the product which is irregular or damaged within 3-6 working days from the moment of receipt of shipment. The product must be returned to the original packaging in order for a refund to be made. The refund does not take effect if the product has been used.
