Roasting
Espresso Bar is a perfectly balanced blend with a high percentage of Arabica coffee that need a slow and delicate roasting to be exalted to the fullest. The Robusta instead, selected from the sweeter varieties, are subjected to separate cooking at a higher temperature.

Aroma
Espresso Bar has an aromatic profile similar to that of 100% Arabica but with more body. The prevalence of Arabica origins gives the mixture sweet fruity notes accompanied by a slight acidity.
